The legal framework allows the development of the gambling business in Macau and the attraction of foreign entrepreneurs to the development of the gambling zone. The opportunity to obtain a license in the gambling capital of China allows the world’s land-based casino operators to locate their establishments in Macau. Conditions for obtaining a license in China
